1. Scope of Terms
1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the website www.parfumeur.co ("Website"), as well as any purchases, bookings, and interactions made with Parfumeurco.
1.2 By accessing the Website, placing an order for products or digital content, purchasing a gift voucher, or booking an appointment, workshop, corporate event, or team-building session, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. About Parfumeurco and Contact Details
2.1 The Website and associated services are operated by Parfumeurco, registered and operating in Malaysia.

3. Eligibility, Website Use and Account Information
3.1 By placing an order or making a booking, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old.
3.2 If you create an account on our Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password.
3.3 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the checkout or registration process.
4. Orders, Acceptance and Availability
4.1 All orders and bookings are subject to acceptance and availability.
4.2 When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order; this does not constitute acceptance. A contract between us is only formed when we expressly confirm your order or booking, typically via a dispatch or final confirmation email.
4.3 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in the event of stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or significant pricing errors on the Website. In such cases, if payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.
5. Products, Services and Product Information
5.1 We take care to describe and display our products, including bespoke fragrances and accessories, as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, packaging, and formulation may occur.
5.2 Products and services provided by Parfumeurco, including bespoke scents crafted during workshops, are intended strictly for personal use and may not be resold commercially.
5.3 In addition to individual experiences, Parfumeurco also offers corporate and private team-building sessions for groups of approximately 5 to 500 participants. Such sessions may be tailored in format, duration, and scope based on the client’s event requirements.
6. Pricing, Taxes and Payment
6.1 All prices are listed in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
6.3 We accept the following payment methods: toyyibPay, Touch ‘n Go, Bank Transfer, and Fiuu. Full payment is required before the dispatch of physical goods, provision of digital content, or confirmation of a workshop booking.
6.4 In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
7. Shipping, Delivery and Risk
7.1 We utilise trusted courier partners, including DHL and EasyParcel, for the delivery of physical products. Estimated shipping fees will be shown at checkout and may vary depending on destination, parcel size, and service level selected.
7.2 West Malaysia: Delivery is generally estimated within 7 to 10 business days after order confirmation and dispatch.
7.3 East Malaysia: Orders may incur higher shipping fees and generally require up to 14 business days for delivery after order confirmation and dispatch.
7.4 International Orders: Delivery timelines are longer and depend on the destination country, customs clearance, local courier handling, and other factors outside our reasonable control.
7.5 Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery, unless otherwise required by law.
7.6 We strive to meet delivery estimates but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as courier disruptions or customs clearance.
7.7 Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable except where an item is faulty, incorrectly supplied, or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
8. Workshops, Appointments and Experience Bookings
8.1 Bookings for perfumery workshops, appointments, and experiences are final.
8.2 You may request one reschedule by contacting booking@parfumeur.co at least 72 hours before your scheduled session, subject strictly to availability.
8.3 Punctuality is critical for all sessions. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a price reduction. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show) without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking and payment.
9. Corporate Events, Team-Building and Outstation Bookings
9.1 Parfumeurco offers corporate events, private group sessions, and team-building experiences for approximately 5 to 500 participants. Scheduling, venue requirements, facilitation format, event deliverables, and payment terms may be agreed separately in writing or by quotation before confirmation.
9.2 Outstation and on-site bookings may incur additional charges, including but not limited to travel fees, accommodation fees, and crew-on-duty fees. Where requested, Parfumeurco may also prepare a custom package or proposal based on the client’s preferred budget, event objectives, and group size.
9.3 Deposit and Balance Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 70% of the total quoted amount is required to secure and confirm any corporate event, team-building, or custom event booking. The remaining 30% balance must be settled in full no later than 7 days before the event date.
9.4 We reserve the right to suspend or withhold preparation, production, staffing, or event delivery where payment is incomplete or overdue.
9.5 Client and Venue Responsibilities (Outstation): For outstation events, the client is responsible for ensuring suitable event venue access, electrical supply, working space, and reasonable safety conditions for our crew, materials, and equipment.
9.6 Cancellation of Confirmed Events: Cancellation of a confirmed event will not entitle the client to any refund where preparation, customisation, sourcing, or production has commenced. This includes, without limitation, event scents, company-designed scents, team-building packages, door gifts, and custom-made scent products prepared specifically for the booking.
9.7 Postponement: Subject to availability and at our sole discretion, a confirmed event may be postponed once if a written request is received in reasonable time before the event date. Any additional costs incurred due to postponement (such as additional travel, accommodation, or crew time) shall be borne by the client.
10. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Non-Returnable Items
10.1 Due to the intimate and hygiene-sensitive nature of fragrance products, we maintain a strict returns policy. Opened, used, personalised, bespoke, or made-to-order physical items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty, incorrectly supplied, or required by law.
10.2 This non-returnable policy also applies to custom event scents, company-designed scents, team-building materials, door gifts, and other custom-made scent products prepared for a specific client or event.
10.3 For any item that may be eligible for return, you must contact us and submit your return request within 7 days of delivery. Any return request must first be approved by Parfumeurco and may require proof of purchase, order details, and clear supporting photographs where relevant.
10.4 If you purchase digital content, you acknowledge that once access or download has commenced, your right to cancel or request a refund is generally waived, unless legally mandated.
10.5 Exchanges are not guaranteed and are offered only at our discretion, subject to product eligibility and stock availability. If an exchange is approved, the replacement item may only be processed after the original item has been returned and assessed by us.
10.6 Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. The 14-business-day period begins once the refund request has been approved and, where applicable, the returned item has been received and inspected by us. Actual receipt of funds may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
11. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
11.1 If you receive a faulty item, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied, please contact hello@parfumeur.co immediately with your order details and supporting photographs.
11.2 We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
12. Gift Cards, Vouchers, Promotions and Discount Codes
12.1 Gift cards and vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and, unless otherwise stated, must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issue.
12.2 Promotional and discount codes must be entered at checkout, cannot be applied retroactively, and are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.
13. Intellectual Property and Website Content
13.1 All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Parfumeurco or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
13.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written consent.
14. Personal Data and Privacy
14.1 We respect your privacy and process your personal data in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
14.2 By using our Website and services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is necessary to fulfil orders, process payments, and improve your customer experience.
15. Liability and Consumer Rights
15.1 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be legally excluded under Malaysian consumer law.
15.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parfumeurco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or any loss of business or profits arising out of your use of our Website, products, or services.
16. Force Majeure
16.1 Parfumeurco will not be held responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure). This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, pandemic disruptions, strikes, or transportation failures.
17. Changes to Terms and Services
17.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
17.2 Your continued use of the Website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The Terms applicable to an order or booking are those in effect at the time the transaction is made.
18. Governing Law
18.1 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
18.2 The courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
